I called in from a nearby town looking for a certain item. Justin said it showed in their computer, but he wanted to put his hands on it to be sure it was there before I drove all the way in to get it. He called back a short time later and messaged me that it was there, including all the particulars so I knew he was on the right page. I called back and confirmed, and drove in to buy it. He had the item on his checkout counter, waiting for me, with my name on it. Outstanding! It was my first time in that particular store, and it was amazing. They have a ton of 5.11 gear there, all perfectly laid out. It makes you want to buy one of everything. :-) Special Kudos to Justin for how he handles himself. He is all the right stuff: courteous, knowledgeable, caring, prompt, and accurate. I wish all retail personnel were like him... it would change the retail landscape. Thank you, Justin, for being excellent at what you do. I will refer all my local friends to your store location if they need any 5.11 gear.

I have been shopping 5.11 products for many years love them. I was so stoked to find the physical store after so many years. Only shopping online beautiful store friendly lady attended to me. 100% great experience sale ends 8/17 hurry massive discounts on close outs

Been buying 5.11 products for years online and was very pleased to find a brick and mortar shop nearby. Loved the look of the store l was greeted by a nice lady on entering. What an awesome selection of products. Spent nearly $200 that trip l returned 5 days later and Wes was awesome very friendly guy you got a customer for life you guys rock. I would have given you 6 stars if l could here ends my sermon

Our overall experience was amazing. The store was clean and well organized, although the selection is limited compared to online I thought they had a good amount of options for both clothing and gear. Devin (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) was extremely kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all the products, she helped answer questions and sizes that weren’t on the floor- Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at 5.11 Tactical Kissemmee today. The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond by calling another store to locate a range bag I wanted when it wasn’t available in-store. To top it off, they arranged shipping directly to my home, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness and willingness to help. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. I’ll continue shopping here and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality gear and exceptional service.
